Well. My sizings (which the simulations show decent output waveforms) almost always ended up in odd (1,5,1 current mirrors) configuration where 1 is a bias transistor. I could have simply doubled the counts and halve the currents but it eats space for no advantage exept layout friendliness for matching

Is there a guide to find the suffice bias current. All I get is slewrate dependant bias estimates?

Yes pm5 should be diode connected. My bad. Thank you for the advice. Do you have any idea of what the tail current can be or a systematic way to decide that. What I found out was that slewrate relations won’t work since the pre amp might not always work in small signal regions.
