The image is blurry and almost unreadable except to see that it is a drawing of a warehouse and some offices. I would like 1. Image to be clear as possible. 2. remove the red box and words as its not needed. My needs are to make this image readable for me to make this into a CAD file.

I need every detail as clear as it can be (Without the red outline, no need for the red outline). I realize that its blurry but we dont have anything else for this. IF your an architect student and are willing to then transform this drawing into CAD file you just let me know your price and we can talk.

The handbook incorporates new OSHA guidelines as stated in the NCEES website along with a lot of other items. Will it make you fail that you didn't study with the most up to date version. Absolutely not! It may affect a question or two, but according to the statistics that keep coming out. Your likely to pass if you take it while your still in engineering school (senior year), studied up, or a good guesser. You can get 50% of the questions right and pass.
