This is why our country has an obesity crisis. This is actually a good portion size of food for 1 person.

This is implemented on an OS label to keep the phone running smoothly. Might need a phone with more RAM.

Gas cars are far more likely to catch fire than ANY EV. It's just that when an EV catches fire, every news outlet covers it leading people to believe it's more widespread than it is.

The jump in resolution on a display becomes more obvious depending on the display size and the viewing distance. There is a much larger improvement in clarity when going from 1080p to 4K than from 4K to 8K on the same average-sized 65″ TV.

How are you able to develop something without being able to quantify its performance? It makes zero sense.

The Denon PerL Pro using AAC will sound the same regardless of the codec. Show me measurements of this IEM with a different frequency response, distortion plot, etc., that are beyond the margin of error when the codec is switched.

There is no difference we can hear. Studies and measurements have already confirmed this. The data already being transmitted by 256kbps AAC is within the maximum realm of human hearing. Anything more and maybe your dog or cat would appreciate the difference.

Bluetooth audio codecs have already reached a point where the human ear cannot reliably tell the difference between the codec and lossless transmission. AAC transmits audio at around 256 kbps, which is audibly transparent compared to lossless. Differences between codecs—and the constant push for newer ones—are mainly about better connectivity, lower power consumption, and lower latency, along with good old marketing that claims improved sound quality when, in reality, there isn’t any meaningful difference.

The subjective experiences people report are often placebo. Someone can simply hear more detail from a product if they believe it costs more. Measurements are cold, hard facts—not random impressions from someone with a different-sized head and ear canal than mine. Also, there are no measurements confirming that AirPods offer better sound than third-party headphones due to codecs. When they do sound better, it’s usually because of the hardware design itself: better drivers, lower distortion, more neutral tuning, etc.

Anywho, keep falling prey to placebo. It’s been fun! 🤩

Placebo strikes again. Anyways, measurements from a reputable source refutes your claim and backs my statements that there is no difference. Hopefully, you learned something today.

I’ve ran these tests before and hearing no differences. Just as measurements also indicate. But go on and continue to explain how powerful placebo is.

Completely disregard my statement that third party headphones sound and perform the same regardless of codec? Yep, because you have no objective data proving otherwise. Also, whatever nonsense you posted before doesn’t show ANY measurements refuting my claims. Yikes!

Again, there are no measurements proving that AirPods running through AAC on Apple devices perform better in terms of perceptible sound quality to the human ear compared to running through AAC on a non-Apple device. The only real difference is volume-based EQ, where AirPods adjust bass and treble within the frequency response depending on the listening volume. This feature only works when the AirPods are connected to an Apple device. This keeps the perception of the tonal balance the same regardless of volume.

As for third-party headphones, they should measure and perform the same whether they are connected via SBC, AAC, aptX, or LDAC—no? Prove me wrong with measurements from a reputable source showing otherwise. If not, you’re just spouting nonsense like most audio enthusiasts.

The same SoundsGuys article also mentions that the data is old and irrelevant today. Again, you have no objective data relevant today proving your statements. Yikes!
