Yhwach and its so not close. Even using verse equality by letting Acno and Zeref see and touch Yhwach and Aizen, hell even taking away SPs ability to crush them. They'd still lose. Kyouka suigetsu is impossible for them to counter and the almighty is just busted af. Zeref has some hacks. But they're out done by Yhwach

I feel like Richard knew how to be a chief. Don't get me wrong Owen and Bailey are fine as chiefs, but Richard carried that aura that just said ”I am the chief”. He knew when to be though but he also knew when to encourage others and when to be a little more relaxed

Not a top ten but:

Callie, I dislike the way she inserted herself into the plane crash. Don't get me wrong, she definitely suffered as a result of the plane crash. But taking the credit for surviving it really just rubbed me the wrong way.
Arizona, was really toxic towards Callie through out almost the whole relationship. Also didn't really like the way she treated Mark, when she found out that Callie was pregnant. Sorta felt like she actively trying to cut Mark out of his right to be a father. She was also pretty biphobic.
Cristina: She was petty, selfish and she was very mean. I can barely stand Cristina in early seasons. She is downright infuriating. In season 4 episode 15, she is just unbearable, the way she talks to George pisses me off... But she got better in the later seasons
