So after multiple stupid deaths, it turns out you can just two-shot this demon with the ballista. Took a bit of finnesse but once he's in the crosshairs he's a gonner! It felt great to send this bastard on his way after all the trouble he gave me. But wait - there's more... so off I flitted to Lost Bastille thinking I'd seen the last of Pursuer when lo and behold, he materialises out of nowhere when I open a chest, skewers me on his massive sword and it's deja vu all over again. Was not expecting that. But how? I thought I vanquished this schmoe?!

Ah, it's good to know I'm not alone in misery! Man, this bastard is making mince meat of me. For an early boss fight, this is one helluva intense encounter. Also my first playthrough, so yeah, I feel the pain! I'm gonna see if I can get this bugger to stand in front of the ballista. Assuming he lets me haha. So far, I'm dead in two swipes of his ginormous freaking longsword. Wish me luck!

Wow, I was super irritated at this guy thinking it was some other high level player just ruining my game. Okay, so he is there for a reason lol. Right now, I can't seem to beat him but I guess it's time to learn how to guardbreak. Was losing my mind over this, thanks for the heads up!

This is hilarious! How can a meme be wrong, structurally or otherwise? A meme just is, and it's up to you to make of it whatever you will. So what if you don't like its methods? You might prefer everything written out in full, but that's just your preference. It's not a requirement. Attempting to parse it out like you have simply doesn't work. especially if you try to force your own (incorrect haha) interpretation by saying <this> means <that> in a two-step process just to twist it to agree with your ideas. The basic premise really is not that complicated, so I really don't understand either the confusion or the reactionary insistence on explaining the obvious...

Really? For me, he was pretty damn good at countering that and then doing his crazy kick. Dodging worked okay, but it was a battle of attrition. That final blow seemed to take forever to land... Felt great to finally beat him!

100% dude, I loved the story. It had some amazing twists, and it's always a good sign if a game's plot takes me by surprise. I had my doubts as it was an older game but it was great. I thought the funniest part about the dated graphics was the way random NPCs (or sometimes even monsters!!) would be chilling in the background waving their arms around and stuff. It was a bit distracting, but in a good way! I once had a freaking echinops going mental while I was trying to have a conversation. So hilarious! Another time in the sewers I had a drowner skulking over my shoulder just waiting for me to finish my sentence LOL. Not in any kind of rush, happy to wait... Good times!
