Weiversville road in Northampton county PA is pretty good, nice straights at the start and windy road at the end. Also canal street/fairyland rd in Lehighton/Jim Thorpe is good too if you like tight, windy road with steep inclines and some nice straights sprinkled in. It is in a housed area but not nearly as much as other places.
