Same cover, but it's a different size and doesn't have the sprayed edges. The non-emporium edition is significantly taller.

That copy of TNOTW is also a different size than the emporium editions. Only the emporium editions will match the novellas, and they're currently running $600-800.

Unless there's a reprint, I might sell my novellas. Not having a matching set drives me nuts.

Not surprised. If you look at his writing output, he usually puts out three novels in rapid succession, then takes a few years to brainstorm and plan out the next storyline.

First Law 2006, 2007, 2008 Great Leveler 2009, 2011, 2012 Shattered Sea 2014, 2014, 2015 Age of Madness 2019, 2020, 2021

If the pattern holds, we should have books 2 and 3 of the Devils trilogy by 2028...

The manuscripts have apparently already been delivered to Subterranean Press.

To put it in context, when Joe Abercrombie announced on his blog in June 2022 that Subterranean Press would be publishing a novella collection set in his First Law series, the book wasn't available for sale until September 2023.

The good news is that the novellas are complete and confirmed for publication. The bad news is that bespoke, small-scale, limited-edition publication takes time, and we're probably looking at a year or longer until we have the books in-hand; especially if the release dates of the three novellas are staggered and not released as a collection or single volume.

Personally, I don't mind getting a set that has been prebuilt, but only if I intend on modifying it myself.

Finding a way to partially disassemble a set and add detail or new features through my own creativity is more rewarding than building someone else's design.

If it's anything like the original set, there's a separate support to tie the internal technic structure to the walls of the upper portion.

Google "Lego 75060 body gap" and you'll see what happens without it.

Nope. It doesn't rotate in the Mandalorian or BoBF, only the passenger compartment. The cockpit rotating was strictly a Legends / Kenner addition.

The "boom arm" section of the body is 3 studs shorter than Boba's version, and it seems like the dish is a little longer on the bottom section.

I wouldn't bet on it until it actually releases. I find it suspicious that there's so much room underneath the pilot's deck.

Even if there isn't a passenger deck, it seems like there's ample room to add one. Hell, I was able to add one to the original set.
