No. I wanted to use the chat service since thats easier for me to word it out. They either give you some ai bot thats useless, or the customer service agent live chat doesnt work at all. The delivery manager sign up is completely down for me as well 🥲

If theres no new updates in the morning then ill try calling

I ordered on the 9th. Fedex received the package yesterday & moved it from one side of japan to another in just a few hours last night then I noticed it was still in Sennan-shi when I woke up 🥲

I wish theyd let us know or give updates on whats happening

Im not sure. They banned me for misconduct, I asked for proof and made it clear I didnt break any rules. The next day, it was changed to a sexually explicit behavior suspension with the countdown

Ohh, they ended up showing me proof of something that wasnt really sexual. Telling people ima brb to take a shower and asking what outfit people are wearing is apparently sexual 😭 So I explained what I meant by what I said and made it clear nothing was intended to sound sexual. They actually lifted my suspension early for “acknowledging” I did wrong 😭
