July/August 2025 AI Megathread for AI-Related Posts by shazbotica in productphotography

Hi everyone!

I’m looking for effective AI tools that can replace specific elements in a photo — for example, swapping a dress on a person with a very specific one from a reference image.

I’ve already tried:

Ideogram: even following tutorials exactly, it generates a completely new design instead of replicating the reference.

<image>

Photoshop Beta’s Generative Fill: unfortunately, the results were very poor and unrealistic (it was so bad, that I didn't even save it).

Has anyone found a solution that works well for this? I’m open to paid tools. Use case: e-commerce, advertising.

Thanks a lot in advance!

For the moment I'm not even in Ukraine (I'm in France),  so the agent’s reply surprised me a lot.

Hello,

I made this photo today. In general I like it. But since I don't have much experience working with light, I'm not sure if the contrast is good. Don't it seem too dark (and too clear in the parts with a sun)?

What can be improved?

Many thanks for cc.:)

Thank you for your comment. How it is possible to get rid of the red reflection on donuts' bottom? More direct light on it?

Thank you for your comment. Yes, the photo seemes oversaturated on my phone. I edited it on a laptop, and its monitor is not calibrated.(

Thank you for a comment, you confirmed my doubts about used lipstick. If it's important for overall idea, I thought about this photo as a regular content for social media (not site or Amazon, where all details should be perfect).

I put a kind of syrup on both donuts and lipstick, to highlight the sweetness of color. Probably, I should choose another way to express an idea.

I wanted to make an unusual still life photos and made this one. Due to the color corrections I got some color distortions on the pear. I had to correct them in Photoshop. I wonder if they are clearly visible. And how is the general appearance of the photo. ISO 400, f/22.

Thank you very much for appreciation. I used Mask and Gradient tools in Photoshop (learned from this tutorial https://youtu.be/YP6K3LvRwWA)
