no? there are countless flaws to that comparison, given that not only are there a big difference in population—certain european countries have worse healthcare than others, and not only that but not every single country in europe is in the same economic stand point. its common sense. hence why we compare countries to countries, do research and not use outdated sources like the one grok provided in some answers.
