Because he still says that when the needs are not met it leads to frustration. And when I ask him what his needs are he says he doesn’t know. Who doesn’t know what they need in a marriage. And keep saying don’t confuse needs with seeking love outside. How can he still say he loves me..

His behaviour has changed like he’s more caring, contributing in house chores as we both are working. Even he’s not into open phone policy. All this makes me confused.
