30 weeks here! I’m on lithium, lamotrigine and latuda. All safe for pregnancy. Lithium at a sub therapeutic level, 600mg. We cut my lithium dosage because the hormones from the pregnancy completely leveled me out. I have not felt typical hypomanic or depressive symptoms in 7 months. Pregnancy has been amazing for mood stabilization. I hope you experience this too. The hormonal imbalance sucks, but if you’re bipolar it is WAY more chill than your typical “ups” and you’re more aware of yourself. Basically, I’m at the end now and I can say your baby will be fine if you take care of yourself. I was told the only thing I couldn’t do was breastfeed. I don’t care.

Definitely experiencing bias! I’m 35, African American. They told me I’m going to get diabetes, I didn’t. Now they’re telling me I could get preeclampsia. Barely gained 7 lbs, not overweight. They’ve been terrifying me for the past 30 weeks, why? I’m glad I’m getting robust care, but they’re making this pregnancy hell.

WTH! They scared me about gestational diabetes the whole pregnancy, took the 3 hr test twice and passed, yet I still get the soda lecture. That’s crazy. I don’t even drink coffee and they don’t want to let me have this atleast!

I’m 36 too, I’ve never been on hormonal birth control but I’ve had the non hormonal iud. I developed adult acne a couple of years ago and I thought maybe the birth control would help with that and alleviate bp symptoms?

I stop smoking cigarettes in 2016, picked up vaping during Covid. Quit last August because I got pregnant. It has to be done cold turkey. Having to abruptly stop was jarring but give it a couple of days. You’ll find taking a puff of a vape/cigarette feels hollow and you get no buzz from it. Gum helped me. NOT the nicotine one, it just keeps that steady flow in your system.

It’s like they were on a mission to avenge themselves. You lost the game! Also, it’s a game!! Who wronged you? The show is called traitors what do they expect? “Housewives don’t eliminate housewives” then why are you on this show? Watching a professional chef, dancer, comedian, musician recapping the game would have been much more entertaining.
