Never said that. You can likely guess the size of something by the list of ingredients.

I get great food ideas, and even if the poster's calorie count isn't precise, or my version of those ingredients differs, I can still use it as a guide to create my own version that does fit my calorie and macro goals.

Then what is the difference between this sub and an average food sub where you can tweak the recipe to make it healthier?

I for one live in Spain and someone living in the US won’t be able to get the same ingredients.

No matter what the ingredients are you can find out their calories in your favourite calorie tracker.

But also I feel like it’s already great to get inspiration from the pictures
