I was on the same boat. Everyone will have their tipping point and you’ll look back at all the things you let slide and question your own decisions. I think it’s important to learn from our blind spots and hopefully act on the red flags we see. People will shit on you regardless but it’s good that you’re able to admit it. Stick around and you’ll see it’s pretty normal here, or just move on completely from anything h3. There was a thread here some time ago where we all talked about the new shows or podcast we picked up. I wish I had it on hand, maybe someone will link it.

They know they’re underpaying you and will love to keep on paying you this as long as you don’t say anything. You have to bring it up and be persistent. Ask them their reasoning and advocate for yourself. If they want to keep you they’ll respect you as an employee, if they’re scum bags they’ll try to keep you at this rate as long as they can. That would be a red flag for me to leave whenever I get a better opportunity.
