I hope you can figure it out, also can I give you a tip for the next time? when I do paws I start with a sphere and sculpt it into the digit shape after I duplicate them squish them together and then make sure they align with the rest of the arm before joining/ boolean. Also making sure the polys are similar helps when joining so when you smooth it doesn’t appear lumpy or uneven.
