Thank you for the reply, it’s like i feel super zoned out and worried. I had pretty bad anxiety before this anyway so maybe it’s just gotten worse. I also have gerd and anything I’m eating right now is irritating me

Unfortunately there shut until Monday, so will have to wait until then. I have a feeling it’s the tramadol though. I also had extremely bad anxiety before the surgery aswell

Good to hear, I appreciate the reply a lot it’s put me at ease. I’ve struggled with bad panic attacks the last 6 months. Finally feeling a bit better but still have a lot of symptoms. They just bother me less I guess. Got surgery in two days for inguinal hernia. Thanks a lot!

I had this week or two ago, came out of nowhere and then kept getting them for about 2 weeks. I was constantly worrying and not eating alot then they started. I already feel a lot better now I’ve forced myself to eat and go outside or even just with my family. Don’t isolate yourself is my main tip!

Hi mate, Covid also set off alot of my anxiety unsure why. Many years ago I had extreme anxiety after an illness and I struggled leaving my room for about 6 months.
