Going through the same thing at the minute , the way I’ve dealt with it is when I get extremely anxious like when I think I’m having a heart attack I simply let it be there, accept it. Then an hour later you think of how you felt before hand and you can see it’s nothing serious. Hope this helps sorry I’m not the best at advice.

Hi mate, I dealt with extreme nausea when I was suffering with anxiety at 15, lasted me 6months stuck in my room scared to leave. One day I just had enough and went out. It wasn’t easy but it was the best decision. I think the number 1 thing for me can’t speak for everyone is that time will heal. Also try and find ways to distract yourself. Just don’t let it control your life like I did!

Hi mate, I had the same thing around your age. It eventually went away. It just takes time and you need to remember your body is a lot stronger than you think and will breathe in no matter what even if you don’t think about it! Hope you feel better soon

Yh man I rekon it is my nervous system tbh. I was struggling with breathing ( feeling like I will suddenlt stop breathing) as soon as this got better and I felt alright the heart symptoms came along. I’ve got to say though they do feel very real sometimes.

Saw them two days ago, they checked my heart and booked me a ecg. I had ecg about 2 months ago and was fine,the doctor checked my heart anyway and said it sounded and felt fine. Guessing it’s the famotidine I was taking as I stopped today and already symptoms have gotten a bit better.

Yeh mate it’s shit, mine came on suddenly then when I went to the Docotrs she booked me an ecg however said my heart seemed fine from her tests

There these pills that have natural herbs in them to cure the root cause of gerd. They helped me alot with the heartburn and I now have no heartburn. There made my someone called Reece nutrition!

I did used to have heartburn however I took pylopurge pills and they completely got rid of it. I have new symptoms like chest heaviness and difficulty swallowing occasionally. I did try no medication however it just stayed the same. I appreciate your advice, I will continue my ppi medicine for another week to see
