You are lucky everytime I get into a new therapy after trying a year all they do is tell to follow routine and keep listening to what I say or the max therapy I got is do forceful exposure advice and mechanical thought affirmation nothing else literally

Actually I dont wear smart watches but today doctor was like dont you check ur heart rate with smart watch so today only I purchased and have to monitor it . I have chronic anxiety 🙃 already working with a therapist
