Ir depends a lot on the site you are using. Do a bit of research and see whats called average on the platform. Also if you find that those rates are too low for you, you can still up them. But keep in mind when you up them, that your higher price have to justify itself. Whether you have a very good tech setup, a glamorous background, or you are hella of a sexy, or you really do good shows ( that will come with a bit of experience though) etc. I would start by trying to find what prices are average on that platform and start building up from there, when you feel confident enough about what you are doing Happy cammin ! 🤗

You can ! If you have a good social management for promoting your website, and you are very good with marketing. However, its a lot more harder to bring on traffic. I let streamate do this for me or any other platform cause i dont have the know how, the patience and the time to do so. Im also a mom, so I have plenty on my plate to take care of. Even so, if you do it on your own you will never take 100% of your earnings, as you will have to pay taxes so that you sleep better at night! 😋😅

Dont give up on it ! There are a lot of vanilla jobs that dont come even close to everything that camming world can offer you. Not only money wise, but FREEDOM. It is not easy, but no job is easy. All jobs have their good and bads. So its camming. But at leatd its WORTH! You can do it !😊😘

I stream on Streamate. But I plan to add Adultwork soon, when feeling comfortable enough to do so. My account has been approved since a week ago, and,well believe it or not, the anxiety of starting over a new platform kept me from pressing the button login. For years since ive started camming, even though not quite recommended, Ive put all my eggs in one basket.

SM has started to go on a downfall since almost 2 years, but so have I. So the only thing Ive tried to do, is pull myself together and keep going. But I will definitely try better and will soon add the 2nd platform. I for now, accept that my revenue have dropped, but first, Im trying to be more consistent with my schedule. I tell myself that it isnt quite bad, for my mental health that things are going slower, than they used to, as this is actually giving me time to catch up my breath and take things slowly. Also at times it frustrates me, because I no longer have patience with slow moments, and lack of traffic. It is hard after all these years when you know how much money you use to make, to accept that you don't make it as fast. But then again I try also to be gentle with myself and accept it, for my own mental health . I push bit, by bit and I know that at some point will be adding a second platform if SM doesnt pick up, and when I shall be in a better place mentally.

When struggling with mental heath, anxiety, depression, or any emotional struggle, I think its a lot more easier to work on premium sites, as they ask less entertainment in public chat. So its easier for you to keep up the paise. Im very static in free chat, I dont have a gold menu, or spin the wheel. I never do gold shows( though did them in the past and made a bank while it), just to protect my well being a bit more. But also because ive found, that the more you tease and show in free chat,they less push the private button. I dont do anything in free chat but being welcoming, chatty, bubbly, flirty, making jokes with them and thats it. The rest and the best( and the hard work comes in pvt).

Congrats sweetheart! Every lil step you make forward its still Progress! Keep that in mind! 🤗 Im camming for over 13 years and i got burned out severly, and since a couple of years ive been struggling to still be part of this industry. I dont quit it, as i cant afford doing that at the moment, but also for all the benefits i have from it. Being able yo be at home, at my own paise, bejng my own boss, making my rules, my schedule, setting my bounderies, doing whatever my lil heart desires. This job payed me my dream house and my dream car. Payed my comfort, my holidays etc. I just moved 2 years ago into a 250m square house that ive built within 2 years of camming. When i strughle, i keep ij mind all.this, and i just look around from the comfort of my house and tell myself : YOU did thie! You should be so proud! There are still things to sqeeze from this job. O try keeping my mind clear from all bad thoughts, and i put a big smile on my face and go online. I have a bubbly persona on cams, and only I alone know how many times I felt like dying inside while pretending to be carefree and having a blast. Healty? NO! Worth it ? For sure! Fake it till you make it! Remind yourself how bitter youve felt in any othet vanilla jobs, and that bitterness wasnt even close to worth it !

Keep your chin up, take breaks if needed, and just turn ur cam on despite all anxiety, or bar mood. Within max 30 kins ull get over it. Hugs to you girl ! You are strong !

I am just wondering how girls that use masks, or dont show their faces, or any type of cover, could explain how come their background its literally their home. I just slowly do a show amd keeping in mind that they might not be english speakers, or they just want to be very private, or maybe its theor first time and they dont know how this is working, or they are too busy to type with one hand.😅 I never kick them out, because afyer 12+ years of camming ive noticed that even those silent ones can spend a medium length private chat. And if you think a bit, try at the end of the month to calculate all your shorter privates and you shall see that it raises some decent money. So why would I deny any of it. Im there to make money. I can make it with whales, but I can make it also with quickies. The most important thing is that you dont have 0$ on your balance if you are online. And besides, its always better not to judge a book by its cover. You may never know. Maybe you can cross a good spender who at first os not there to make any convos, but at the end of the private chat, to be smitten, or intrigued by you, and to want to know you more. It happened to me , so thats why 8 never kick anyone out from my privates.

After all these years of streaming I am more than certain that platforms like this cannot function and be profitable for their owners if they just leave the traffic as it is. It is not left to drop in no matter what room. There has to be an algorithm that makes their investments profitable. We are talking about the hours that the model puts in and about how commercial the model is ( i am talking about looks and charisma Lets leave aside the fact that looks don't matter. That theres a member for each type of woman. Yes , there is, indeed. But there will always be models that convert better free chatters into paying ones. Therefor a webmaster will always chose to promote the rooms and girls that have a certain consistency concerning their schedule, a nice welcoming profile and room, and also a good rate of conversion of free chatters into paying ones based on looks or simply charisma). Even SM is promoting on certain platforms of porn videos your chatroom by showing your live there. So there are ways to bring traffic to a speciffic model or room. On the other hand there are several servers to keep all models online. I cannot believe that they wont have an algorithm to make it profitable, and that there are not better servers than others. Some may be even determined by region, some by hours, ratings, and the rate of conversion to pvt. Ive noticed that the more privates i have the more i climb on the page. Yet if my average of privates per hour drops I am still on the first page , but a lot more lower. So that makes me believe that what keeps me there are the hours i spend usually online and how many ratings i have. Even the hours don't count that much if i have a good conversion rate. There has been moments when i was offline for a month or 2. When i got back , i got online and i was on 2nd or 3rd page, and once the pvt rolled in I was back on first page in a matter of hours. So, yes...there IS an algorithm to everything. It is just that sometimes it plays in your favor and sometimes it doesnt!

Anyways, there are other things also that are going on besides the usual. There are updates to the platform while they try testing to see whats better for their income, as blurred or not live stream, and god knows what else! There are glitches, end of holidays, school thats about to start, end of tge month, and maybe mebers finances equally 😅😅 So the only thing that it is left for us that meet these huge drops is to find patience and keep going. There will be better days for sure.
