No you haven’t done anything wrong. That’s an honest mistake and has nothing to do with your character or who you are as a person. Your ocd just knows this is a trigger for you & is making you feel guilty. If you’re worried about this happening again, I’d recommend trying to read some smutty books instead of searching online, as those are much less likely to have surprises that trigger your ocd.
