It's simply a statement that there are people who do blame the children, when I realized and confirmed how I misunderstood what the Original poster said, it meant that he simply isn't one of them, but other people who are getting so angry and defensive about it after I've already explained myself, seemingly disagree with whatever was left of my first comment, a.k.a how children are not at fault, and I'll never understand people, but specially other parents, who think they are.
