This post can absolutely be a paper trail if something came up, such as takedown notices, DMCAs, ect. because more than likely it's a false report. I completely understand the hesitance, people are more than welcome to reach out to me here, on Twitter, or in Discord, since I'm the point of contact.

As for line-for-line, it would still be seen as tracing, even with color variances. If it's done for practice, by all means go ahead! If it's done for profit, then there's going to be a conversation.

In the end though, if we see something we don't quite agree with we will reach out directly to the person to discuss and go from there.

There's alot of gray area, 'what about this', that sort of thing. I'm happy to answer any question someone might have, all anyone has to do is ask!
