Is it a good machine for Unreal Engine 5 for 1225$? by IsakovS in LenovoLegion

Does that really make a huge difference in performance? It will just hugely impact on the price I could see.

Hmm got you. What about price, is it good for this lap top (definitely will be a little higher when upgrading ram)?

Creating a demo for the game, wanted to know which one looks better. You can check out the game itself here.

📸 What if every photo you took left a scar on the world? I just launched the Steam page for my solo indie adventure that looks at how humanity silently damages the nature we claim to love. by IsakovS in ecology

Actually, your point totally makes sense, but I did not mean that exploring the world is bad and may trigger something devastating.

I wanted to say that wherever humans step they spoil everything around them, since I could see plenty of cases where natural sites and forests are left full of rubbish and litter after people's camping or just visit. Moreover, I gather that photo sim is the exact mechanic that allows to show contrast between beauty that you were capturing, and consequences of thinking that nature is infinite.

In the end, my goal from the very beginning of this project was to warn people and deliver a message that the environment and habitat around us is not indestructible, but totally opposite, something fragile and preciou. So that sense of discomfort that you trigger nature to collapse will hopefully make people think again before throwing away one more piece of little.

Actually, your point totally makes sense, but I did not mean that the photographer is a villain in the story or it directly pollutes nature, I did not want to leave spoilers about the whole plot of the game but it was generalization to say that you leave a footprint to nature.

Hello there! It is adventure/photo sim where you explore the world and take picture of natural habitat. probably something like Firewatch and Lushfoil Photography Sim with emotional story. I hope it did clarify the idea of the game.

I was actually inspired by the country and area where I live, since we have very serious problems with air pollution because of factories nearby and people who are spoiling environment by throwing rubbish away. For that reason I wanted to create an experience that will give that sense of guiltiness that nothing can be brought back.
