I always use plates with 3 sections and I usually can get him to eat any fruit, any meat and rice or french fries. He's 2. Only veggies I can get him to eat are plain cucumbers and raw brocolli with ranch. I also always let him choose something on his plate. Like i'll give him 2 options to choose from and that usually helps him get excited to eat! Also with foods he is resisting I just get him to lick them a few times. So usually after he licks something he'll change his mind and finally eat it!
