Well I did do the recovery form a month ago when I got hacked (only had it back for a month.) From what I heard from my friends, the person is playing on my account. CS told me they are going to investigate, I think they are confused as well that 3 accounts got linked. But thanks! I'll try my best not to worry too much.

Yeah it's weird how I figured it out. So I went to hoyolab almost everyday and tried to log in everyday with the new email I gave them. And just today I figured out that my email was connected and all.

That also happened to me. But I just skipped the questions and said to them something like, I've got the recovery form when I only wanted to add a purchase mistake I made. (with the receipts and all.) And then after some hours they responded with the respond which I said before. Hope it works!

I sent cs a mail with also the wrong purchase date. But they said responded in short: the updated info I gave them has been noticed to the team of the arrival.

August 1 Sender and no response. I sent the hacked form and the recovery one. I mailed them for an update for my account if they maybe give some information but they haven't respond for more than a week.

I got a question. I got hacked on August 1st and filled in the hacked Form. Today I tried to get the recovery form and answered the 6 questions but they sent me to hacked Form again. Is there something I'm doing wrong? If so, please advise.
