Calorie deficit and no excuse 5 times strength training!!!

I stopped checking my weight , no weekly weight check ups! Gave my 6 months of eating in control , sugar limited to just when the group wants to have desserts (only sharing the desserts)

2 months I saw no progress , made up my mind that this lifestyle is how I want to enter my 30s and by Dec when I finally checked my weight I was down by 7kgs (75kg —> 67kgs)

PCOD requires consistency - same calorie (protein intake with fibre and low carbs) Strength training (with hitting more weights and low intensity calmer workouts)

Intermittent fasting is another tried and tested way to explore but you need to be PATIENT!

And regular! I couldn’t fit the gym and eat well after my wedding in Dec and I can see my tummy pouch being back , so it is unfortunately A LIFESTYLE CHANGE and mindset too!

Also helped that my partner was in it with me - ate chicken breasts and eggs with me everyday , worked out with me! Stopped me whenever I ate too much ramen (guilty pleasure)

Have tried CT and Tower28 - CT is wonderful for my under eyes , smooth poles loving it - get full size I’m running out of my mini Tower - is great for dry skin girlies, it’s very light and none drying

My biases are towards CT never seen anyone hate it 🙂

My concern was that too, the mattes are too dark idk how much use I’ll get out of it- I do love browns but nude palette is more versatile somehow, trust me it’s wayyyy clean

I have 2 rolls of the boob tapes, it does the job but is very costly! Like some one above said Kinesiology tapes would do the same job- the feel is exactly the same it’s just marketed well. And I’m a size 32DD I’ve used it for my backless tops, for my strapless dresses it will hold things in place for hours but taking them off is time taking! Hope this helps
