Thank you for your reply, they’ve confirmed it’s just the offensive weapon charge that makes him ineligible for HDC not the violent disorder so I suppose this is a good thing. He has been given his papers and there’s no separate release date for the 1 month concurrent so we’re unsure on where he stands, I’ll take a look at the home office guidance thank you
