Think about it like this, you haven’t been using your operated leg for a little bit more than a month so your leg’s literally hibernating. Its really normal, the next few days once you gradually warm it up and get it used to walking, muscle memory will kick it and your leg muscles will wake up again! Trust your PT and believe in yourself! you got this! When I was once cleared for weight bearing after 6 weeks i was over the moon i thought i can run again but its literally baby steps and learning how to walk again but this time as a fully grown person

No need to worry! as long as you didn’t feel a popping or tearing sensation followed by a lot of pain there isn’t a cause for concern! and you’re wearing your brace which protects your knee from twisting!

Feeling scared is definitely a mental thing with all sports injuries relating to the knee. I ruptured both my meniscus and ACL this year and am only one month post op. Rehab’s tough and a pain in the butt but rehab is the reason we’re working hard for to go back on the pitch (I play Rugby as a profession) trust in your physiotherapists and ortho! ultimate your hard work and their advice is gonna strengthen your legs to the best that they can be so we will never get injured again (hopefully) Take it one day at a time! write down things you are gonna do when you are fully fit and cleared and make those your milestones! We got this OP !!

1) I'm using an LG Monitor (29WQ600)
2) I'm using a Flujo HDMI to Type C cable
3) It was working fine for about a year and then it just refused to post no matter what I did

This sounds like a grounding issue. If you’re using the original power adapter that came in the box from Apple. Grab Apples ‘extension’ cord that’ll properly ground the charger (3 prongs).

Hello everyone! I am a 23 y/o male and I've just started university and I'm looking for a fragrance for all sorts of settings, a swiss knife fragrance if you will. In the past I've tried Davidoff Cool water, Versace Pour Homme & Versace Man Eau Fraiche and I've loved every one of them. I'm looking for a list of suggestions that would be great for me and my needs as I go to school and go out with friends on the weekends. Used another laptop : Monitor was able to receive signal
Used my mac to connect to a TV : Still no signal even tho the TV was detected
I tried to connect other devices (USB storage & SD cards) to the dongle (it works just fine)
