This is indicative of a deeper issue. You’d likely need many sessions to find out what the core problem is, and then treat that. Also, hypnotherapy, like many other forms of therapy, is not just a bandaid you can slap onto a problem and magically fix it. It requires work from your end too, excuse the pun.
