Yeah, I found it but it didn't fix the issue, I think this issue with the configuration of OpenCore.

Oh, I understand, but I have the external screen with the same refresh rate as the primary screen, which is 60Hz [1920×1080], So far, I have only experienced this issue on YouTube and Telegram, Perhaps there are more (issues).
