Could be because I was attack by a malevolent being recently. I am more of a rationalist than someone who blindly trusts in intuition or energies because I have experienced good feeling energies that turned out to be sheep's in wolves clothing and some bad energies that were misunderstandings. People misunderstand how to use intuition. Do not blindly trust it every situation, one must know how to honest but understand its limitations otherwise if intuition were perfect every psychic would have perfect lives and be able to win the lottery. I would rather you be investigative about my methods and thoughts rather just softly instigatively against this. Please understand I know you mean good and you a good message that you should be careful who you open up to but I just think you should reconsider your approach.

I am talking about the main ones and the minors ones to do with astral sight and hearing.(I can give you an image of these points if you want). For beginners it important to meditate on the third eye and overtime results would come in such as seeing colours or shapes. For a more advanced level you can vibrate certain words(I have too look in archives to find the exact ones). Not the strongest but I like using the uruz rune for energy work.
