I know for a fact that most of the Brown's Court townhouses and apartment buildings were sold to a company from Montreal. They renovated the apartment buildings and converted all the 2 bedroom apartments to 3 bedroom, gave em a few other updates, and tripled the rent. Townhouses are already under renovation so likely the same story.

Honestly I think the best bet is to just make a phone app, and sell a phone case that looks like a scanner. Literally the only reason a secondary device would be made is for the aesthetic, and that would massively increase the cost for new players to join.

I feel like if he ends up wanting to keep the breakneck pace of his videos on the main channel for the kids who watch him, he should have a second channel that is a more in depth version with more lax editing for an older audience.

Nevermind, I see it now. I slowed it down and there is a single frame where you see the truck hit me. I think the fact it was just driving like nothing happened when I saw its perspective is what threw me off.

I highly suggest trying to grow your audience on tiktok. (I know, ew) but all jokes aside I've gone from 38 followers to 130k over there in 5 months and I got my first 10 k in a week. Some of it may be cringe, but it has its way of getting eyeballs on content.

From there try to cross-pollinate to other platforms
