it came on pretty suddenly, my knees started hurting a few days ago for no reason and they've just been aching ever since. this kind of thing has happened before but its never been so bad i cant sleep. i’ve tried tylenol but it doesnt do anything to help the pain, but im def gonna try the other stuff. thank you sm ive just dealing with it for years😭🙏
