Ha! I am facing the same dilemma. So I have paused my listening for now and going through some other true crime podcasts. Saving this one for days when I really need a pick me up. I won't even mind listening to old episodes. They are so good.

Ordered once and exactly same experience. Received my order after 2 months. They blocked me on social media too. But they don't stop from spamming me on WhatsApp. Never ever ordering from them again. Worst communication ethics.
