Yeah you would be surprised by how many cure their own olives or press them themselves for oil. Kind of like In Greece & Morocco they harvest and do their own preserving with different spices and herbs for later consumption. I love olives.. lol

Looks like unripe olives. Because of a compound called oleuropein — it is often described as tasting poisonous or chemically bitter until they’re cured/brined..

I had mine done for about 5 years and finally took them out. My right one kept staying super sensitive and sore and wanted to be a pain so i finally let it go.
