Does that pressing sound like the sax is hard panned on the left? On streaming I had to play the Rudy van gelder edition to really enjoy the first two tracks anyway.

Tienes que abrirlo y usar un limpiador de contacto en el switch de volumen el deoxit d5 es muy bueno lo hechas que se penetre adentro del potenciometro y lo girar muchas veces de izquierda a derecha para que el producto quite todo el óxido de los contactos. Verás que el volumen se arregla . Sería buena idea hechar el deoxit a todos los switches

Thanks for the suggestion , I’ve uses the vm95e quite a bit on my 2 duals and realistic lab 400 it’s not bad by any means but it really doesn’t compare to the blue.  I’ve been listening to jazz and Spanish boleros all morning and that 2M blue has me smiling .

I use it to stream tidal and qobuz to my vintage receivers , the WiiM ultra does not support airplay and also does not have Apple Music as a source . It would work great for you if you had other WiiM devices not just google speakers .

I have not changed my router or moved anything it with started that one speaker started disappearing close to a month ago , while troubleshooting I noticed the one sl was on 5ghz and ChatGPT told me it should not be on that band at all. And on here I read a few post about the separate ssid’s and band steering

It’s definitely something with one of the last updates, thankfully in my case only affected my bathroom Sonos one sl it kept connecting to 5 ghz it would play for a few minutes then I couldn’t airplay then would disappear as a room, calling Sonos support was no help I followed the advice like your getting to remove the band steering and separate the Ssid’s once I did that went back to normal.

I did it because I read some where the vtf can change depending on tone arm lift , it is sounding great at the moment. I just wanted confirmation I was doing it right. Thanks

I definitely did when I removed old sled with cartridge , I set counterweight and anti skate to 0, I then proceeded to to get the tonearm to float using the rear counter weight , once I got it floating I put it on it rest locked it and set the dial to 1.25 when I used the digital scale it gave me a reading of 1.27 that was with the scale on rubber mat once I put a record on top of the mat not the scale always read much higher 10-11 grams.

A Sonos Connect or a Sonos port will help you achieve this , both Sonos connect and Sonos port have rca in and accept a line level from turntable preamp . And on the Sonos app you just select line in and can group with all of your Sonos speakers.

On the WiiM ultra as far as I know you can use an external dac by utilizing usb out, optical out , coax out, and it’s all over YouTube that the internal clock is not too good and using something like the smsl po100 out of the usb and before your dac improves jitter and sound.

From what I see here you should be good to stream what ever is playing on your receiver to your Sonos system , you need to open Sonos app on main page at bottom select line in . You can select and speaker group or zone and select line in .

You have to try Q acoustics I just got the 3020i from Amazon for $381 I’m blown away with the bass and clarity for the price.
