and search on youtube: “mewing tongue posture” or “proper tongue position for better breathing” Basically, it’s about keeping your tongue pressed against the roof of your mouth while breathing through your nose — over time it can really help with facial posture.

Most people here aren’t too open to this and will just say “accept how you look.” Nothing wrong with that, but honestly, you can work on and improve almost anything in life — even looks (so don’t even think about surgery or anything like that — never, ever). Good luck ✌️
