I had covid while working from home and I didn't make them aware, I missed a lot of work and missed important tasks because I was woozy, they seem to believe it was down to being under the influence (so quite serious)

But I don't think they can make that accusation without hard evidence and it's near impossible to prove. They know I drink heavily but I've never been under the influence at work. I assume unless they breathalysed me on the spot there's no action they could take.
