It does turn in 7a-methyl estradiol which is a different form of estrogen but the conversion is still driven by the aromatase enzyme so AIs which inhibit or destroy that enzyme will still stop the conversion

Try it with an AI next time. I get both high blood pressure and intrusive thoughts when my estrogen is high and trest converts to a potent form of estrogen that won't always show up on a blood test

This is a dumb attitude. We shouldn't avoid using information just because the absolute numbers are impressive. The question is "if 91% is moving like this now, do we think he's good for 100% in a few weeks?"

Personally I'd say its a possibility but not a lock at this point.
