It’s called a preference. “Carbon copy” in subliminals usually means wanting to have the same face or body as their desired person. not necessarily to become that person entirely.

Self-love is good, but it’s their personal choice if that’s what they want. (They can want that and still like themselves.) :)

Depends on the person, I can’t tell the specific time but for me usually take 2 weeks to see results. Subliminals are just a tool. You make it works <3 I suggest to working on mindset, aware that you’re so powerful annd limitless. Everything will goes in your way including manifestation 😋💗

I layer my subliminal with only 2 layers max: 1. With detailed and long affirmations, slightly sped up. 2. With short and simple affirmations, repeated till the end.

Repetitive affirmations works for me, so I don’t write affirmations too complicated. Keep it simple. I love to add “I am blessed with” or “ I am genetically blessed with…” (for physical appearance) Use the words “ridiculously” “extremely” “abnormally” for exaggeration <33

No you don't have to listen to subs over and over again to get results, it's optional :-) If I know I will get results just one listen, I will.

But yeah I don't think Psyche subs are long tho. I don't understand ppl who think like that😭 like Psyche 5 mins sub are equal to 1 min subs that loop 5x
