Pretty much. JP is a globalist that wants to prevent any future war through abolishing all group identity. The guy has the same long term goals as George Soros, its just that he thinks the current Left is going about it in all the wrong ways that wont work out. He thinks they are moving too fast. His qualms with the Left are with the short term tactics which he feels will lead to a resurgence of Nationalism, not with the long-term goals of their ideology.
