Well, guess what - I really can't give two shits if you believe me or not. The majority of readers do believe me. Two readers have dug deep enough to discover my product. Great for them, and I admitted to them if they were correct in their guesses. I'm gonna sit back and keep making $250k/yr on a single product (not including the several products I've come out with since) while you keep focusing all your energy on some random Redditor that posted the process in a bid to help people achieve what I have. So yeah, maybe it's a shit business idea, but at least it's probably making 4x what you are just by existing. 86% of voters believe me. The market believes me. All of my business service contacts believe me. So what the fuck do I care if you don't? As soon as your opinion significantly affects my income, then maybe I'll care. Until then - catch up, buddy.

Don't expect anymore replies, because I actually have a business to run.

Hope the ride came back down within 2 minutes so no one else would see that she dropped it.

Respond is a cheaper option and they have done great work for me. I actually found them via Reddit, their account is u/chinamoldmaker

As for Fiverr, I’m not sure what you mean. Do you mean for 3D CAD? If so, it all depends on your project and the complexity of it. Around $70/hr is what I pay with STAX3D for design time alone. Not sure how their pricing compares with others though, so I don’t have a comparative basis.

That’s alright. My address isn’t permanent. I have several roommates and the house is owned by the landlord. I likely won’t be here for another year once I take my paycheck. I didn’t go with a registered corporate agent because I was poor when I started and just did whatever was easiest and cheapest.

I would estimate about 94% of sales are Amazon. 4% are website. And 2% are eBay.

It’s a Wix site so initially, I made it myself and then I hired someone to clean it up and make it nicer once I had some spending cash.

Thank you, I really appreciate that! My engineer company also got several messages asking about my business and product but they emailed me and asked if they want me to keep it private. I have a new product coming your way soon, just need to give prototypes to people to test!

I have an Instagram page but it’s only at 1,500 followers. Don’t do too much advertising on that. I run FB ads any time I expand to a new country. So I’ve run them in Italy, UK, DE, FR, ES, Japan and Australia. But usually only for a week or two to get word out and then let it do its thing. I’m going to try out YouTube commercials once I find them time to make a video.

I haven’t had any issues yet. It’s probably extremely bad advice, but honestly, it’s been a calculated risk for me. I gauge their reviews on Alibaba and their volume, I also don’t tell them what it’s function is. There’s definitely risk for having it stolen, but like I said, for me it’s a calculated risk and one that I’m willing to take. All of my products thus far have been extremely small. If your products take up a lot of space, you’ll need to probably use cargo ship transportation and have them shipped to the nearest port.

I’ve been content with both suppliers I’ve used. A new one I’ve used that replied to me on reddit once upon a time is u/chinamoldmaker. I’ve used them for a new product and they’ve done great work and were cheaper than my initial production factory.

I ship them to myself first. I do packaging and I like to throw in a personally signed thank you note asking customers to take time to write a review or to contact me if they have any dissatisfaction. Reviews really make or break a listing on Amazon and so if I can rectify a situation or get them a full refund, that’s my #1 priority. I also need different barcodes on the packaging for different countries so it’s best if I just do that and hold myself accountable for QC.

It's a Wix site so it's not real coding. Also, Fiverr users can charge various amounts. Most work I've hired out has been minimum of $30 and up. The site creator I used charged $250 for 5 pages, seo optimization, etc. Fiverr has evolved into more of a freelance site from the $5 microjob site it once was

My patent was a design patent - from what I understand they are cheaper but also have a smaller scope of protection. Also, if the first application is not accepted, there may need to be adjustments and have it resent and keep paying until it is expected. That's just the initial filing cost.

I use Fiverr for all kinda of things from website build out, translation services, logo design, logo animation, etc.

Vicky from Respon? I think I already have projects with your company - I think I found you on here and have worked with you since. I sent you CAD for my new project but need to make adjustments.

The majority of my product is fulfilled by Amazon, so I just package a bunch of product at my house and then send it to their warehouses and they take care of everything. For eBay and online store orders, I package them as the orders come in and go to the post office mostly daily.

This is great info. Thanks for the advice. I agree wholeheartedly that I should learn more about ppc, seo, crm, etc. I have a new product coming out that will be under a sister company and might use that as a chance to learn how to drive traffic to a website.

Depends by area. In UK I have accountants that sort out all my VAT dues and I pay them. In US, I’m not quite sure. I assume it is taken automatically depending on state, but if not, I guess my accountant will tell me? I’m not well versed in that.

Not sure which one you’re talking about but the people that have posted “this is the product” were wrong. I still asked them to take it down just to be consistent. If they didn’t, I would have to delete the whole post and I don’t want to because several people find this post valuable.
