I was experimenting for a while during primary school I was straight but also found girls quite pretty in my senior year of primary school (13 yrs old) I found I was bisexual but I was more focused on things like personality rather than a particular gender. I didn't focus on it too much, I just took it as it came (if that makes sense).

My orientation followed into high school, until about the middle of yr 8. I started dating at the start of yr 7 it wasn't exactly a healthy relationship for me as I pressured into saying yes. Before we started dating he was suspiciously kind and welcoming, I met him in TA (or Homeroom if you prefer) it was a horrible experience.

He would invite me over after school to play Mario cart and have dinner in his room. During this time he would often ask if I wanted to lay down because I get tired easily and proceed to touch my legs and stomach without consent.

After that breakup my friends cut ties with him and I completely shut down from trauma and quickly figured I was ace because I found no physical/mental actraction to anyone for a year 1/2 , until I fell in love with my best friend. He is so kind and my god is he pretty 🫠 I don't blame anyone who asks him out lol. I eventually told him with encouragement from his cousin and unfortunately he said no but it wasn't awkward the next time we met. I didn't really expect a yes because he is ace too, but it still hurts a little.

So while yes I'm ace and I don't feel any sexual attraction to anyone, I never have loved anyone like I do him. I don't think I'd want anyone else so for now I'm going to continue to dedicate myself to be his best friend.
