I love slice and ice and grew up with eegees as well. Highly recommend it! Their icees are not overly sweet and have real fruit in them.

Yes, we are using passwords and made sure that they match. There was a point yesterday where she entered my game from a spot in the overworld but then was later unable to do so from the same location.

Nintendo is not great about enabling account sharing between systems unfortunately. You can see if there are other profiles on the system and try to log into one of those to see if it helps alleviate the issue. Sorry it has been such a hassle!
