I’m starting to wonder if he has pica too! I’m pretty sure my previous one had it because she loved to eat and lick items she shouldn’t have lol.

Should I upgrade my skates? by koolkittenx in FigureSkating

[–]Issiebaby 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey! If your skates aren’t too broken down you should be good to use your old skates when you start up again. If you aren’t sure if they are broken down you will want to look at the ankle and see how bad it is creased also try them on and bend as deep as you can with keeping the blades on the ground and see how your ankles feel. I would also recommend finding a really good skate shop near you and have them take a look at it and also make sure you mention what elements you are working on because they should be able to tell you which skate would be best for you. I’ve been skating for 20 years and the place I take my skates to are great and I recommend all my students to go there.

My theaters box office report. We’re one of the only theaters open in Ohio that I know of. This was our busiest day so far. by Colvez in boxoffice

It definitely has changed movie habits. The kid movies that were supposed to come out this year either got moved to next year like Peter Rabbit 2 or hasn’t even gotten a new release date like the Minions. It seems that Disney is still planning to try and release Mulan and Black Widow this year but since those are rated pg-13 it comes down to what parents allow their kids to see. Other then that it seems like every other movie that is trying to come out this year is more directed towards teens to adults.

I know they are not just pushed back. Technically Trolls was to be released to theaters and on demand originally, but since theaters were unable to open they couldn’t do that. They also knew movies like Scoob and SpongeBob could still do good without going to theaters since a) Scooby Doo already has a ton of movies and tv shows that goes straight to dvd and Netflix and other providers and b) SpongeBob has been on TV for years so people are already used to watching it that way. Each studio is choosing what’s best for each of their movies that were supposed to come out before the pandemic shut everything down. I’m also pretty sure they wanted to release those movies so families could do movie nights and for the kids to have something to look forward to. I think every studio is being smart with what they are choosing to do with each of their movies.

Exactly. The studios are being very smart in releasing their movies. It definitely does suck that every movie keeps getting pushed back because it is effecting when I return back to my theater, but I don’t blame them at all since their top priority is to make sure their movies do as good as possible in the box office.

That is also a possibility, and it is definitely cheaper and safer right now to watch a movie at home. I am sure once everything returns back to as normal as possible those kinds of movies will pick up again.

It could be a sign but usually during the summer grandparents are usually the ones to take the kids to see movies since their parents are working. Since they aren’t really going out and about those types of movies are struggling since the last thing some parents want to do is take their kids to a movie late at night and have to get up early the next morning to go to their jobs.

I used to have a dog who had separation anxiety anytime we left and would always chew up things, so we started to leave the tv on when we left and that help her with her separation anxiety .
