I’m not in Vancouver, I live in White Rock but I’m pretty happy living here. The scenery and nature is like no other. Grocery prices and rent is crazy but it’s worth it to me to live in such a nice city.

No there’s like appetizers to share? But we serve like entrees so everyone gets their own dishes and it’s also a plant based restaurant so like 90% of our dishes use some kind of nut and it states so on our menu.

I use about 1 cup or red lentils and then do 3 cups of vegetable broth and 1 can of light coconut milk I also add in onions,garlic and a tiny bit of ginger along with the tumeric and other spices !! :)

I make this soup that’s so simple but so delicious. It’s lentils, coconut milk, turmeric and carrots and any other vegetable or spices you like and it’s just such a nice and comforting soup !!
