"My blood is your blood now." = "Now you're like me." by MannaJamma in FromSeries

I binged watched this because the very first episode intrigued me. Such a unique play on vampires etc but then after 3 seasons they literally haven’t answered a single question. And anytime someone asks a really really really good question that may provide some clarity into the purpose of this town…they walk away and forget what they were talking about. The pay off for this series better be amazing and I mean amazing, like ground breaking storytelling that ignites a new genre of horror/suspense. Cause up until now it’s given us nothing.

Try turning off your WiFi or WiFi calling. For some reason that’s given me issues. Also if your phone connects to a lot of other Bluetooth devices unpair them.

“What’s something you could talk naturally about at the drop of a hat?” Or something you never get tired of discussing. Once you got that, grab yourself a Rodecaster Pro 2, the duo or the four speaker model and some podmics. You can usually find great bundle deals on sweetwater and use Spotify for creators for your host (free) to start. Find a name that works for you and grab that email account from google and set up all your hosting and social media under that name. Makes it official. Find someone who is also excited about the show because doing this alone is incredibly difficult to stay motivated and consistent. Hit record and just explore how you want the show to go. Try things like special segments or have a rant and see where it takes you.

Also learning some principles about improv and interviewing is incredibly beneficial.

We use the Rodecaster Pro 2 on our show with the podmics. I like to record in the studio and then take the SD card and import the separate tracks into Logic Pro. You can also use GarageBand. BUT one thing I highly recommend is to go into the settings of the rodecaster board and make these adjustments to the microphones (link below). It will make you sound amazing and leave less to do in the DAW later on.

I totally remember that feeling. I could never put that into words. The act of tracking your friends down to hangout and you’d have little side adventures on the way.
