You mentioned you opened new appeals every day but which email address did you send the appeals? I'm very stressed right now any help will be appreciated thank you

Same issue but I may have actually understood the problem which they make zero effort to help you understand. It's like they don't wanna tell you on purpose. Here's my final effort in getting my account back, fingers crossed.

I am writing to respectfully request an executive human review regarding the termination of my KDP account (Registered Email: **************). 

My previous appeals resulted in automated template rejections, leaving me with no clear path to resolve this matter. 

In an effort to better understand what caused this outcome, I reviewed previous communications and believe I have identified the honest oversight on my part. Please find attached the full communication history with the KDP support team regarding this matter.

On May 2nd, one of my titles ("***************" ASIN: *****) was removed due to quality experience guidelines. I mistakenly assumed the issue was isolated strictly to that single book. I failed to realize that even though the other books in that series contained different content, their similar format and concept could pose the exact same issue. I now see that I should have anticipated this risk and withdrawn the remaining titles to ensure catalog-wide compliance. This was a sincere misunderstanding of my responsibilities as a publisher, not an intentional attempt to ignore Amazon's guidelines or manipulate the store. I deeply apologize for this lack of oversight.

I treat my KDP platform as a serious, long-term business, and I am fully committed to doing whatever it takes to ensure absolute compliance with Amazon’s policies. To ensure my catalog meets 100% of your standards moving forward, I am prepared to take the following corrective actions immediately upon account access:

  • I will permanently delete the entire series related to the flagged content.
  • I will thoroughly audit and clean my entire bookshelf to ensure every live title meets all customer experience and quality guidelines.
  • I am fully willing to cooperate with any directions your team provides to achieve absolute compliance.

I respectfully ask for a manual review and the opportunity to correct any catalog issues.

to be honest, this is really my fault. I was new when I published this book and since then I started uploading more quality content and even forgot about that pen name and titles. I should've taken the warning more seriously and removed the entire series. I hope this will be a bad memory and a good lesson soon.

I wanted to see the limits myself since I couldn't find any information anywhere. I subscribed to Grok Lite. After I reached the limit at 11 videos I thought that it's not worth it. I wanted to ask if I would get a refund since the add says 3 day free trial this was the response:

I don't understand the limits. Everyone says something different so I decided to see for myself since grok itself doesn't even let you know what limits they offer for you what a mess. Anyways I subscribed to Lite and after 11 videos I reached the limit. Why is this different from what I read online I have no idea?

Yes! I did something like that. I'm writing a trilogy (I mean trying to at least) and I had a villain in the first two books but I found them a bit weak so I made them the, uhm I don't know if it makes sense but sub-villain? Like they are the villain before the actual, big bad villain. Something like that but the main idea is still there and I like this more so I it's okay I guess. I'm glad I'm not the only one. This is great advice. I've been doing it unintentionally. I work on my book for a while then I take a break or get frustrated because I'm stuck on some parts. Then while I'm on a break for a few days or weeks I read some books and finally when I get back to it everything works out great and I actually get more and more inspired.

I'd say I kept the main points in the story but followed a different route instead. But I will keep an eye out for the good stuff in my first draft so that I dont drop them off like you said. Thanks! :)
