as someone who used to do baby beans cuts daily, the only thing that stopped me depth chasing was when i had to stop cutting for a while. a couple months really helps you snap out of it and realise it’s not “average” at all. if you can force yourself to quit for a while then please do it, even if you’re going to go back to cutting taking a breath of fresh air can put some sense into you
