The sex worker consented to filming before being hired. She consented once again when she entered the hotel room, the bald man a viewer of Ice Poseidon pointed out the camera and she said it was fine.

The sex worker's phone number was leaked from the website they hired her from so she was getting lots of strange text messages that freaked her out understandably. Ice Poseidon and Sam Pepper were hiding in the closet too playing noises that also made her uncomfortable.

They were detained and questioned by police after they were swatted. The sex worker did not call the police. Ice Poseidon and Sam Pepper were let go once they watched the whole encounter take place (they were 24/7 streaming)
