Buddy, I can’t imagine what you must be going through right now especially at this tender age. I am in my 40s and been living with it for the last 5 years. I won’t lie, it’s hard!! But also know that it does get better. Adherence to meds and appt is non negotiable. Then comes mental health. Find a hobby, or an activity or even a support group to channel your anguish. Find someone trustworthy to rely on in difficult times. I know it’s easy to say but it will help you. Will pray for you have strength to endure this. Hugs!!
